G-Force 2012 Official Rules

1. General. By entering this sweepstakes (the “Contest”), the entrant acknowledges and agrees to all of these Official Rules. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Void where prohibited.  The Contest is administered by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, Journal Broadcast Group, JS Online, and each of their parent, subsidiary and affiliated entities (collectively, the “Administrator”) and is sponsored by Kohl’s and The Green Bay Packers (“Sponsors”).  Contest begins on January 6th, 2012 and ends on January 30th, 2012 at 11:59 PM. All times in these rules refer to Central Time. By entering, entrants agree to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error in these Official Rules, or the drawing itself, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by all decisions of the Administrator, whose decisions are binding and final.  Failure to comply with these rules may result in disqualification from the Contest.

2. Eligibility. The sweepstakes is open only to legal Wisconsin residents who are 21 years of age or older as of 1/6/2012 and is void wherever prohibited or restricted by applicable federal or state laws and regulations.  The employees officers, directors, agents, employees, of the Administrator and Sponsors, and members of each of their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses) and their advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to participate or win.

3. How To Enter.  Obtain a Packers’ Rally Poster by getting it on select days in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel or pick up one for free at the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel lobby, 333 West State Street, Milwaukee, Wisconsin while supplies last.  Then take a photo of yourself along with your Packers' Rally Poster at work, home or anywhere else you have the right to display it and upload it at www.jsonline.com/GForce, along with the requested online information.  As a condition of entering this contest, all entrants must affirmatively agree to comply with and be bound by the User Generated Content Agreement located on the designated webpage.  Neither the Administrators nor the Sponsors nor any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents or employees are responsible for telecommunications, network, electronic, technical or computer failures, mail problems of any kind, for inaccurate transcription of entry information, errors in any promotional or marketing materials, errors in these rules, for any human or electronic error, or for entries that are stolen, misdirected, garbled, delayed by computer transmissions, lost, late or damaged.  Entries will not be acknowledged or returned. All online entries must be received before 11:59 PM Central Time on January 29th, 2012 to be eligible for the Contest.  Only one internet entry per person and one internet entry per email address is permitted per playoff game.  Internet entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry.  The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the email address by an internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible by assigning the email address or the domain associated with the submitted email address.  Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address.  Use of any device to automate entry is prohibited.  Proof of submission of an entry shall not be deemed proof of receipt by Administrator. The contest administrator’s computer is the official time keeping device for the Contest.   The photo accompanying each entry must be the entrants’ original, creative work, and must not be protected by copyright; by submitting the photograph, each entrant must have the rights to submit the photo entry in the Contest and by so submitting the photo entry (i) represents, warrants, and covenants to the Released Parties, as defined below, that entrant has all necessary rights and permissions needed to submit the photo as part of this contest and permit its potential uses as described herein, including, but not limited to, necessary permissions from any person in the photograph and the owner of any intellectual property visually included in the photograph and (ii) agrees that entrant will indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any liability associated with the entrant’s Contest entry.  The photo may not defame or invade publicity rights or privacy of any person, living or deceased, or otherwise infringe upon any person’s personal or proprietary rights including but not limited to copyrights or trademarks and entrants may not submit any photos where any uses contemplated herein would do so.  The photo must not contain copyrighted materials or any other materials that may be restricted, prohibited or outlawed by federal, state or local laws.  Administrator, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any entry if such entry’s associated photo or other content contains illegal, indecent, pornographic, sexually explicit content or otherwise offensive material such as aberrational behavior, graphic violence or drug abuse, or if such photo or other content contains any nudity, material whose content is deemed at the sole discretion of the Administrator to be unsuitable for public display, broadcast, or posting online.  Entries that do not comply with these rules will not be eligible for the competition.  By submitting an entry, each entrant recognizes that Administrator may post the photograph and other entry information online or broadcast the photograph or other entry information via one of its broadcast stations and entrant further recognizes that such posting or broadcast is solely at Administrator’s discretion and that entrant will not receive any payment or other consideration in exchange for such posting or broadcast and that entrant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties, as defined below, from any claim or liability that results from such posting or broadcast.

4. Selection of Winner.  The photograph that is uploaded as part of the entry will have no effect or impact of any nature on the likelihood of winning.  One winner will be drawn randomly from all eligible entries then-received for each round of the playoffs that the Packers play in as a contending participant.

a) The Contest winner associated with Playoff Game 1 (Divisional Championship) will be chosen by random drawing on January 12, 2012 from among all entries received by 11:59 p.m., January 11, 2012.  This winner will win ten (10) tickets to the Divisional Championship game and ten (10) tickets to the Tundra Tailgate Zone at that game.  This prize package is valued at $3,750.00
b) If the Packers proceed to Playoff Game #2 (Conference Championship) another Contest Winner will be chosen by random drawing on January 20, 2012 from among all entries received by 11:59 PM, January 19, 2012.  This winner will win ten (10) tickets to the Conference Championship game and ten (10) tickets to the Tundra Tailgate Zone at that game.  This prize package is valued at $4,250.  If the Packers do not proceed to Playoff Game #2 (Conference Championship), this Contest will end after Playoff Game 1 (Divisional Championship) and no further prizes will be awarded.
c) If the Packers proceed to the final Playoff Game (Super Bowl), another Contest Winner will be chosen by random drawing on January 31, 2012 from among all entries received by 11:59PM, January 30, 2012.  This winner will win (i) two tickets to the January Feb 5th game in Indianapolis, Indiana; (ii) two round-trip coach airline tickets to Indianapolis, IN; and (iii) and hotel accommodations, single room, double-occupancy.  If a final Playoff Game prize is awarded, the winner of this prize may be required to present a valid credit card upon hotel check-in to cover incidental expenses incurred during stay.  Winner will be notified by phone or in person on January 31st, 2012.  If the Packers do not proceed to final Playoff Game (Super Bowl), this Contest will end after Playoff Game 1 (Divisional Championship) and no further prizes will be awarded.
d) The odds of winning any prize will depend on the number of eligible entries received at the time a random drawing is conducted.

5. Prizes. There is no substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for prizes, except that Administrator may, at its sole discretion, substitute prizes of comparable value or cash.  The prizes are expressly limited to the item(s) listed above and do not include taxes, gratuities or any other expenses.  Other restrictions may apply.  All other costs not specifically stated herein, including, but not limited to, taxes, meals, tips and ground transportation (in home town), are the responsibility of the winner.  Taxes are solely the responsibility of the winner.  Winner and travel companion must travel on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents including passports.  In addition, travel companion of Winner must be 21 years of age or older.  Winner and travel companion are responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) where applicable, at their option, and hereby acknowledge that the Administrator has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance.  Each Winner and travel companion must sign a Publicity, Liability Waiver and Travel Release form within 3 days of notification or all prizes will be forfeited.  Documents must be executed at the Administrator’s office.  If any component of the prize is unable to take place as scheduled, for reasons such as cancellation, preemption, postponement or unavailability, or for any reason beyond the control of the Administrator, the Administrator’s sole responsibility to a Winner will be to award the remaining available portion of the prize and no substitution will be provided for unawarded portion of prize.  If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to complete, sign and return the required affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within the required time period, or if a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, potential winner will be disqualified and will forfeit the prize.  Prize or prize certificates will not be mailed to the winner without the winner’s prior written consent in which the winner shall agree to assume its risk of loss.  Unless otherwise specified in the prize notification, all prizes or prize certificates may be picked up at the office of the Administrator.  The winner will forfeit any prize or prize certificate not claimed within thirty (30) days of winning. 

6. Disclaimer. Prior to awarding any prize or prize certificate, and depending on the nature of the prize and eligibility requirements of the contest, the Administrator in its sole discretion will require verification of winners’ identification by a showing of valid government-issued photo identification.  By participating in the Contest and accepting any prize, each winner and travel companion agrees to release and hold harmless Administrator, Sponsors and promotional partner(s), and each of their parent, subsidiary and affiliated entities, and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them (collectively, the “Released Parties”) harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from any prize or participation in the Contest.  Administrator may also require eligible winners and their guests or travel companions, if any (as well as each of their parent(s) or legal guardian(s), if winners, guests or travel companions are under the age of majority in their state of residence), to sign a liability release confirming such consent.  Traveling companion must be 21 years of age or older.  The Released Parties are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the user or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Contest or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this sweepstakes. Entry and acceptance and enjoyment of any prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use winner's and traveling companion’s name, city, state, likeness and/or voice for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity without additional compensation and each winner and traveling companion must agree to sign a publicity release confirming such consent prior to acceptance of the prize.. The winner's name and city of residence will be posted online and mailed to those who request it.  Payments of all federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winners.  Winners will be required to complete and submit an IRS Form W-9 or the equivalent including the winner’s full Social Security Number for receipt of any prize valued at $600 or more or for any prizes awarded by Administrator in a calendar year with an aggregate value of $600 or more. Failure to submit a complete W-9 or equivalent will result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.

7. Internet. If for any reason, the sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, and unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Administrator which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity of the game or sweepstakes, the Administrator reserves its right in its discretion to disqualify any individual it believes has tampered with the entry process, and/or cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the sweepstakes/game. The Released Parties and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents and employees (i) assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alternation of, entries: (ii) are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or provider, computer equipment, software, failure of any email to be received by the Sponsor on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to the participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this sweepstakes/game.  The Released Parties are not responsible for (i) typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the Promotion, or in the announcement of a prize; (ii) entries not received due to difficulty accessing the internet, service outage or delays, computer difficulties, malfunctions, disconnections, other technological failures, telephone service outages, delays, dropped calls, or busy signals; or (iii) lost, stolen, mangled, misdelivered, postage due, illegible, incomplete, incorrect, or late entries.

8.  Conditions.  Administrator, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person (and all of their entries) from this Contest if he or she tampers with the entry process, the operation of the Contest, or the operation of associated web channel or is otherwise in violation of the rules.  Administrator further reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the Contest, or any part of it, if it is not capable of completion as planned or if any fraud, technical failures or any factor beyond the Administrator’s control, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest as determined by Promoter in is sole discretion.  Any attempt by an entrant or any person to deliberately damage any Contest web channel or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil laws.  Should such an attempt be made, Administrator reserves the right to seek full prosecution and/or damages from any such individual to the fullest extent permitted by law.  Administrator’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of this provision.  If due to circumstances beyond the control of Administrator, any competition or prize-related event or travel is delayed, rescheduled, postponed or cancelled, Administrator reserves the right, but not the obligation, to modify, suspend or cancel the Contest and shall not be required to award a substitute prize.

9. Winner Announcement. For the names of the Prize winners, available after January 31, 2012, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to be received by January to: Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, Packers Rally Poster Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 661 Milwaukee, WI 53201-0661.
