Eligibility: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Contest open only to legal residents of the state of Wisconsin, 18 years old or older. Please note that there can only be one winner per household per season. Offer void where prohibited. Employees of Time Warner Cable, WTMJ, Journal Radio Networks and their respective agencies, subsidiaries and parent companies, or their immediate families are not eligible to participate or win. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
How to Enter. Go to the contest page and fill out the entry form. A random drawing will be held to determine winners. Outcome depends on the results of that day’s game action. Residents must be 18 years old, residents of the state of Wisconsin and reside in a Time Warner Cable serviceable area.
Winners will be notified by email. If a winner is unreachable after seven (7) days, or if that winner is unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate winner will be selected. If JSOnline cannot find an eligible winner for the prize, that prize will not be awarded.
Contest Period. The contest period is weekly from March 31, 2008 through September 28, 2008.
Prizes. Daily (one prize per game) prize of 3 months of Time Warner Cable’s All the Best service will be awarded if a Milwaukee Brewers pitcher records a save in the game(s) that day. Approximate retail value: $525.00. . All taxes on prize, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of winner. Prizes returned as undeliverable or otherwise not claimed within 14 days of delivery of notification will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner at Sponsor's discretion. One weekly prize per household per season, prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other prize/merchandise.
Drawing and Awarding of Prizes. Daily contestants will be determined in a random drawing of all eligible entries. Prize winners will be notified by telephone or e-mail. To claim a prize, winners should follow the instructions contained in their notification. Winners may be required to sign and submit an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability. Entry constitutes permission to use winners' names, addresses, voice and/or likenesses for advertising or promotional purposes in all forms of media worldwide without further compensation or payment, except where prohibited by law. (Note: Social Security Number required to claim prize. Journal Radio Networks and /or WTMJ reserve the right to end this promotion or vary prizes at any time without prior notice.)

Winners, by acceptance of their prize, agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Time Warner Cable, WTMJ and Journal Radio Networks, their parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates, and each of their respective employees, representatives, agents, contractors, assigns, sponsors, advertisers, officers, directors, shareholders and attorneys from any and all liability, loss, damage, cost, claim or expense related to any allegation regarding the award of, the receipt of, or the use of prizes. Winner acknowledges that Time Warner Cable, WTMJ, and Journal Radio Networks, their agencies and affiliates have neither made, nor are in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, or regarding the use, value or enjoyment of any prize, including, without limitation, its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose. Sponsors and their agencies are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone failures of any kind lost or unavailable network connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by Sponsors, users or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may damage a user's system or limit a user's ability to participate in this contest. Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspect this contest should a virus, bug, computer problem, unauthorized human intervention or other cause beyond Sponsors' control inhibit or corrupt the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the contest, and Sponsors may disqualify any person who engages in or attempts any such activity. This contest may be terminated at any point without prior notification. Rules shall be governed and enforced pursuant to Wisconsin law, excluding choice of law provisions.
