No purchase necessary. This sweepstakes runs from 12:01am EST March 31st, 2008 through 6:00 pm, EST to September 28th, 2008 and is open to Wisconsin residents 18 years of age or older. Employees, officers and contractors (including immediate family members and members of the same household) of Marshfield Clinic and the Journal Broadcast Group, a subsidiary of Journal Communications, Inc., its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, distributors, dealers, retailers, vendors, advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with this sweepstakes are not eligible to participate.br>
Contest Entry: Complete the official Marshfield Clinic online entry form found on the contest tab on www.SportsBubbler.com to register. You may enter as often as you like.
Winning: One entry will be selected each month under the supervision of Journal Broadcast Group. Odds of being selected will depend on the total number of eligible entries received. All entries become property of the sponsor.
Prizes: If your nomination is chosen, your coach will win a special V.I.P. prize package. BRN and Marshfield Clinic reserve the right to end this promotion or vary the prizes at any time without prior notice.
JSOnline reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value.
Prizes are non-transferable and no cash redemption or substitution will be allowed, except at the sponsor’s sole discretion. All taxes, title and license are the responsibility of winners at time prize is delivered.
Claiming Prizes: Grand Prize winner will be contacted by phone and confirmed in writing. Grand Prize winner must sign and return a 1099; Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity release forms provided by Journal Broadcast Group within 7 days of notification, or prize may be forfeited.
