Official Rules
No purchase necessary. This sweepstakes runs from 12:01am EST April 29th, 2008 through 6:00 pm, EST to May 11t, 2008 and is open to Wisconsin residents 21 years of age or older. One winner per household for the run of the contest. Employees, officers and contractors (including immediate family members and members of the same household) of Midwest Airlines and the Journal Broadcast Group, a subsidiary of Journal Communications, Inc., its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, distributors, dealers, retailers, vendors, advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with this sweepstakes are not eligible to participate.
Contest Entry: Complete the official Midwest Airlines Washington Fly-Away online entry form found on the contest tab on www.sportsbubbler.com to register. One Entry Per person for the run of the contest. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
Winning: One random entry will be selected under the supervision of Journal Broadcast Group. Odds of being selected will depend on the total number of eligible entries received. All entries become property of the sponsor.
Prizes: Grand prize consists of a round trip for two to Washington, D.C. to see Milwaukee take on Washington on May 23rd and May 24th, 2008. (Prize includes round trip airfare on Midwest Airlines (Departs from Milwaukee on May 23rd, 2008 and returns to Milwaukee on May 25th, 2008, two tickets to both the 5/23 and 5/24 games and two (2) nights hotel accommodations). Social Security number is required to claim prize. The Brewers Radio Network and Lincoln Contractors Supply Inc / FABCO RENTS reserve the right to end this promotion or vary the prizes at any time without prior notice.
Journal Broadcast Group reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value.
Prizes are non-transferable and no cash redemption or substitution will be allowed, except at the sponsor’s sole discretion. All taxes, title and license are the responsibility of winners at time prize is delivered.
Claiming Prizes: Grand Prize winner will be contacted by phone and confirmed in writing. Grand Prize winner must sign and return a 1099; Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity release forms provided by Journal Broadcast Group within 7 days of notification, or prize may be forfeited.
Contest entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the contest commissioners, which are final on all matters pertaining to the contest.
Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of entries received.
Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the sponsor, radio station and it’s agencies to use the winner’s name and/or likeness for the purpose of advertising and trade without further compensation.
Disclaimer: Winners, by acceptance of their prize, agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Midwest Airlines and the Journal Broadcast group, a subsidiary of Journal Communications, Inc., their parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates, and each of their respective employees, representatives, agents, contractors, assigns, sponsors, advertisers, officers, directors, shareholders and attorneys from any and all liability, loss, damage, cost, claim or expense related to any allegation regarding the award of, the receipt of, or the use of prizes. Sponsors and their agencies are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by Sponsors, users or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may damage a user’s system or limit a user’s ability to participate in this contest. Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this contest should a virus, bug, computer problem, unauthorized human intervention or other cause beyond Sponsors’ control inhibit or corrupt the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the contest, and Sponsors may disqualify any person who engages in or attempts any such activity. Rules shall be governed and enforced pursuant to Wisconsin law, excluding choice of law provisions.
Independent Sweepstakes Administer: This promotion is being administered by the Journal Broadcast Group, 720 E. Capitol Drive, Milwaukee, WI 53212, who is responsible for overseeing the awarding of prizes, offered, and whose decisions will be final regarding the conduct of this promotion.
The Journal Broadcast Group reserves the right to amend the rules to any contest at any time. Rules are subject to change without notice. The Journal Broadcast Group may modify or terminate the contest at any time without prior notice.
