Official Rules
No purchase necessary. One valid entry per contestant.
Contest period runs from May 14 to June 20th, 2008.
You must be 18 years of age or older at time of entry to be eligible for this contest. This contest is void where prohibited by law.
This contest is only open to those who live in the five-county Milwaukee area: Milwaukee, Washington, Ozaukee, Racine and Waukesha counties.
Each entrant is allowed to submit one photo during the contest period. Time to submit runs from May 14 to 5 p.m. on June 6, 2008. All entrants will receive a promo code for $20 off all tickets purchased for a family visit to Great America.
After June 6, a panel of judges from MilwaukeeMoms.com will review all entries and select a group of finalists. All finalists’ photos will be placed on MilwaukeeMoms.com for the public to vote for its favorite once per day. The public voting period will be from June 9 through June 12, 2008. The winner and two runners-up will be announced on June 13.
The dad who receives the most votes will receive:
•a VIP day at Six Flags Great America including free park admission for the family, a souvenir photo, participation in the parade as Grand Marshall, free tube rental in the Hurricane Harbor water park, VIP seating at shows, one-on-one character meet and greet, and announcement of the winner on the Six Flags marquee on the I-94 tollway.
•a VIP Backstage Picnic at one of Milwaukee’s most popular summer events, Jazz in the Park, on June 19. The picnic will include an onstage appearance at the concert and food provided by Metro Market.
•a Family Admission Pack to Wade House Vintage Base Ball Sundays! (Family Pack includes admission for two adults and two or more dependent children ages 5-17) – valued at $30 per pack.
•a fabulous portrait collection, provided by Proud to Introduce Photography
•an Executive Grooming Package, provided by Groom for Men.
Two runners-up will receive:
•a fabulous portrait collection, provided by Proud to Introduce Photography
•a Family Admission Pack to Wade House Vintage Base Ball Sundays! (Family Pack includes admission for two adults and two or more dependent children ages 5-17) – valued at $30 per pack
•a free haircut at Groom for Men.
The prizes are given to the dads depicted in the winning photographs, not to the person who submits the winning photo.
Winners will be notified by email or phone. If a winner is unreachable after seven (7) days, or if that winner is unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate winner will be selected. If MilwaukeeMoms.com cannot find an eligible winner for the prize, that prize will not be awarded.

Contest entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the contest commissioners, which are final on all matters pertaining to the contest.
Entrants further grant to MilwaukeeMoms.com the right to use and publish their proper name and state online and in print, or any other media, in connection with the Contest.
MilwaukeeMoms.com reserves the right to use any and all information related to the Contest, including information on contestants obtained through the contest, for marketing purposes or any other purpose, unless prohibited by law.

Copying or unauthorized use of any copyrighted materials, trademarks or any other intellectual property without the express written consent of its owner is strictly prohibited.
Each winner, by acceptance of the prize, agrees to release all Sponsors, and their parent and subsidiary companies, their officers, directors, employees, agents, shareholders, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and advertising agencies from all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize.
UPICKEM and MilwaukeeMoms.com are not responsible for Internet crashes or slowdowns caused by network congestion, viruses, sabotage, satellite failures, phone line failures, electrical outages, natural disasters or acts of man or God.
All results posted are unofficial until winners respond to e-mail notification.
Each winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and will be required to complete an IRS form W-9. Sponsor reserves the right to withhold prizes until completed form W-9 is received.
This contest is not intended for gambling. If it is determined that a contestant is using the contest for gambling purposes they will be disqualified and reported to authorities.
