Lincoln Contractors Supply, Inc. / FABCO Rents 3 Bagger in the 3rd Official Rules
No purchase necessary. This sweepstakes runs from 12:01am EST March 31, 2011 through 6:00 pm, EST to September 28, 2011 and is open to Wisconsin residents 18 years of age or older. Employees, officers and contractors (including immediate family members and members of the same household) of Lincoln Contractors Supply Inc. / FABCO RENTS, FABCO Equipment Inc., Frontier Airlines and the Journal Broadcast Group, a subsidiary of Journal Communications, Inc., its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, distributors, dealers, retailers, vendors, advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with this sweepstakes are not eligible to participate.
Contest Entry: Complete the official Lincoln Contractors Supply, Inc. / FABCO RENTS online entry form found on the contest tab on www.jsosports.com/brewers to register. You may enter as often as you like.
Winning: One random entry will be selected for each regular season game (162 total games from March 31, 2011 through September 28, 2011) under the supervision of Journal Broadcast Group. Odds of being selected will depend on the total number of eligible entries received. All entries become property of the sponsor.
Prizes: If any Milwaukee player hits a triple in the 3rd inning of any regular season game, the selected contestant will win a Frontier Airlines Fly Bucks card valued at two-hundred and fifty dollar ($250) from Frontier Airlines. If there are no winners during the 2010 season, one contestant will be randomly drawn (from all entries received during the season) to receive a Frontier Airlines Fly Bucks card valued at two-hundred and fifty dollar ($250) from Frontier Airlines. Travel using promotional certificates may be limited, and may not be available on all flights and dates. Complete terms and conditions are included on winner's authorization letter. Social Security number is required to claim prize. The Journal Broadcast Group and Lincoln Contractors Supply Inc. / FABCO RENTS reserve the right to end this promotion or vary the prizes at any time without prior notice.
Claiming Prizes: Prize Winners will be contacted in writing. Prize winner must sign and return a 1099 Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity release forms provided by Journal Broadcast Group within 7 days of notification, or prize may be forfeited.

Rules shall be governed and enforced pursuant to Wisconsin law, excluding choice of law provisions.
Independent Sweepstakes Administer: This promotion is being administered by the Journal Broadcast Group, 720 E. Capitol Drive, Milwaukee, WI 53212, who is responsible for overseeing the awarding of prizes, offered, and whose decisions will be final regarding the conduct of this promotion.
