Official Rules 2011 Frontier Airlines “Fly Away with the Brewers Radio Network Contest”
Eligibility: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Contest open only to legal residents of the state of Wisconsin, 18 years old or older. Please note that there can only be one winner per household per season. Offer void where prohibited. Employees of Frontier Airlines, the Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Club, WTMJ, Journal Radio Networks and their respective agencies, subsidiaries and parent companies, or their immediate families are not eligible to participate or win. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
How to Enter. Go to www.jsosports.com, Brewers page, and find contest sections and then click on the Frontier Airlines Flyaway Icon. Fill out the entry blank. One monthly winner will be selected from all entries. There will be a total of six (6) winners of two (2) two-hundred and fifty dollar ($250) Frontier Fly Bucks cards from Frontier Airlines during the 2011 Milwaukee Brewers season. Specific Rules and Contest are subject to change at the discretion of Frontier Airlines, WTMJ and/or Journal Radio Networks.
Contest Period. The contest period is weekly from March 31, 2011 through September 28, 2011. Contest periods are:
• Frontier Fly Away #1 – 3/31/11 - 5/1/11
• Frontier Fly Away #2 – 5/2/11 - 5/29/11
• Frontier Fly Away #3 – 5/30/11 - 7/3/11
• Frontier Fly Away #4 – 7/4/11 - 7/31/11
• Frontier Fly Away #5 – 8/1/11 – 9/4/11
• Frontier Fly Away #6 – 9/5/11 – 9/28/11
Prizes. One (1) winner of two (2) two-hundred and fifty dollar ($250) Frontier Fly Bucks cards will be awarded for each of the six (6) contest periods. Six (6) total prizes of five-hundred dollars ($500) in Frontier Fly Bucks Cards. All taxes on prize, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of winner. Prizes returned as undeliverable or otherwise not claimed within 14 days of delivery of notification will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner at Sponsor's discretion. One prize per household per season, prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other prize/merchandise.
Drawing and Awarding of Prizes. Weekly winners will be determined by the Journal Radio Network, whose decisions and interpretation of these rules are final in all matters relating to this contest. Prize winners will be notified by telephone. To claim a prize, winners should follow the instructions contained in their notification. Winners may be required to sign and submit an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability. Entry constitutes permission to use winners' names, addresses, voice and/or likenesses for advertising or promotional purposes in all forms of media worldwide without further compensation or payment, except where prohibited by law. (Note: Social Security Number required to claim prize. Journal Radio Networks and /or WTMJ reserve the right to end this promotion or vary prizes at any time without prior notice.)
Disclaimer. Winners, by acceptance of their prize, agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Frontier Airlines, WTMJ and Journal Radio Networks, their parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates, and each of their respective employees, representatives, agents, contractors, assigns, sponsors, advertisers, officers, directors, shareholders and attorneys from any and all liability, loss, damage, cost, claim or expense related to any allegation regarding the award of, the receipt of, or the use of prizes.
Winner acknowledges that Frontier Airlines, WTMJ, and Journal Radio Networks, their agencies and affiliates have neither made, nor are in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, or regarding the use, value or enjoyment of any prize, including, without limitation, its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose.
By entering, you agree that in no event will the sponsor, Milwaukee Brewers Baseball, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, related companies, advertising or promotion agencies, or any officers, directors, employees, representatives, or agents of any of the foregoing, be responsible or liable for any damages of losses of any kind, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising in any way from or in connection with your participation in this sweepstakes. Sponsors and their agencies are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone failures of any kind lost or unavailable network connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by Sponsors, users or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may damage a user's system or limit a user's ability to participate in this contest. Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspect this contest should a virus, bug, computer problem, unauthorized human intervention or other cause beyond Sponsors' control inhibit or corrupt the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the contest, and Sponsors may disqualify any person who engages in or attempts any such activity. Some jurisdictions may not allow limitations or exclusions of liability for incidental or consequential damages so some of the limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. Check your local laws for any restrictions or limitations regarding these limitations or exclusions. This contest may be terminated at any point without prior notification. Rules shall be governed and enforced pursuant to Wisconsin law, excluding choice of law provisions.
