Eligibility
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Sweepstakes open only to legal residents of the state of Wisconsin, 18 years old or older, who own or have access to a computer with Internet access and an email address and are current Admail Subscribers at the time of the drawing. Offer void where prohibited. Employees of Journal Interactive, the Journal Sentinel Inc., and their respective agencies, subsidiaries and parent companies, or their immediate families or those residing in the homes of each are not eligible to participate or win. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. No mechanically reproduced or electronically reproduced entries will be accepted.
How to Enter
Participants may enter by completing the entry form online. All entries become the property of Journal Interactive and will not be returned. Only one entry per e-mail address allowed.

The sweepstakes period ends September 16, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. central time.
Prize Description
2 tickets to the Third Annual Hidden River Art Festival in Brookfield, WI.
Prize Restrictions
The number of eligible entries received determines odds of winning. All taxes on prize, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of winner. Prizes are not transferable or negotiable. No substitutions for prizes are permitted except at the discretion of Sponsor. Prizes not claimed by September 21, 2008 will be. One prize per household.
Drawing and Awarding of Prizes
Winner will be determined in a random drawing of all eligible entries on or about Wednesday, September 17th, 2008. Journal Interactive, whose decisions and interpretation of these rules are final in all matters relating to this sweepstakes, will determine winner. Prize winners will be notified by e-mail. To claim a prize, winner should follow the instructions contained in their e-mail notification.
Winner may be required to sign and submit an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability. Entry constitutes permission to use winners' names, addresses, voice and/or likenesses for advertising or promotional purposes in all forms of media worldwide without further compensation or payment, except where prohibited by law.
