Potawatomi Bingo Casino / Potawatomi’s Pays Big 21 contest Official Rules

No purchase necessary. This sweepstakes runs from 12:01am EST April 6, 2012 through 11:00 pm, EST to October 3, 2012 and is open to Wisconsin residents 18 years of age or older. Employees, officers and contractors (including immediate family members and members of the same household) of Potawatomi Bingo Casino and the Journal Broadcast Group, a subsidiary of Journal Communications, Inc., its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, distributors, dealers, retailers, vendors, advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with this sweepstakes are not eligible to participate.

Contest Entry: Complete the official Potawatomi’s Pay Big 21 online entry form found on the contest tab on www.brewersradionetwork.com to register. You may enter as often as you like.

Winning: One random entry will be selected for each game (162 total games from April 6, 2012 through October 3, 2012) under the supervision of Journal Broadcast Group. Odds of being selected will depend on the total number of eligible entries received. One prize per person, per household, or family over the course of the contest.  All entries become property of the sponsor.

Prizes: If the final score of any Milwaukee regular season baseball game totals exactly 21 runs, the selected contestant will win $5,000 OR if the selected contestant is a Fire Keepers Club member prior to game day, he/she will also get an additional $5,000 in FKC Reward Play. If there are no winners during the 2012 season, one contestant will be randomly drawn (from all entries received during the season) to receive $5,000 from Potawatomi Bingo Casino and a additional $5,000 in FKC Reward Play if the contestant again is a Fire Keepers Club member.  Social Security number is required to claim prize. The Brewers Radio Network and Potawatomi Bingo Casino reserve the right to end this promotion or vary the prizes at any time without prior notice.

Prizes are non-transferable and no cash redemption or substitution will be allowed, except at the sponsor’s sole discretion. All taxes, title and license are the responsibility of winners at time prize is delivered.

Claiming Prizes: Prize Winners will be contacted by phone and confirmed in writing. Prize winner must sign and return a 1099, Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity release forms provided by Journal Broadcast Group within 7 days of notification, or prize may be forfeited.

Rules shall be governed and enforced pursuant to Wisconsin law, excluding choice of law provisions.

Independent Sweepstakes Administer: This promotion is being administered by the Journal Broadcast Group, 720 E. Capitol Drive, Milwaukee, WI 53212, who is responsible for overseeing the awarding of prizes, offered, and whose decisions will be final regarding the conduct of this promotion.
