1. Prizes: You can enter the Tailgateville Photo Contest Sweepstakes (hereinafter referred to as the “Sweepstakes”) at any participating Pick ‘n Save® or Copps Food Center store for a chance to win one (1) of eight (8) prize packages each consisting of (i) two tickets to the November 15, 2009 Green Bay Packers home game at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin, and (ii) two tickets to a VIP pre-game tailgate party. Each prize package is valued at $150 (individually hereinafter a “Prize”). All entries for the Sweepstakes must be received by 11:59 p.m. on November 9, 2009, whether submitted online or by mail, and no entry will be eligible to win if it is received after November 9, 2009. No cash, assignment or transfer of a Prize will be permitted, and Johnsonville Sausage, LLC (“Sponsor”) reserves the right to substitute a Prize with another of comparable or greater value. No purchase necessary to participate in the Sweepstakes. No reproductions of Entry Forms (as hereinafter defined) are permitted.

2. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Wisconsin who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. Employees, officers and representatives of Sponsor, Roundy’s Supermarkets, Inc. (“Roundy’s”), Johnsonville Sausage, Journal Communications and their respective affiliates and subsidiaries, and all promotional or fulfillment agencies involved in the Sweepstakes, as well as members of their immediate families (i.e., spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and households, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations and void where prohibited by law.

3. How to Enter:

a. By Mail: To enter the Sweepstakes by mail: (i) on a 3” x 5” card print or type your name, home street address (no post office boxes accepted), city, state, zip code, date of birth, and daytime telephone number (including area code), and e-mail address (optional); (ii) include a “Tailgateville” photo and (iii) mail your completed Entry Form to Tailgateville Photo Contest Sweepstakes, c/o Johnsonville Sausage, LLC, P.O. Box 786, Sheboygan, Wisconsin 53085. Only one entry per envelope allowed. Mailed in entries must be received by Sponsor on or before November 9, 2009 to be eligible for the drawing.

b. Online: To enter the Sweepstakes online: (i) log on to www.sportsbubbler.com and click on the link to the Sweepstakes; (ii) COMPLETELY fill in all required information requested on the on-line entry form; (iii) attach a “Tailgateville” photo; and (iv) submit the completed entry form no later than 11:59 p.m. on November 9, 2009. Only one entry per person per day allowed. Submission of multiple daily entries may result in disqualification. (Both methods of Sweepstakes entry as set forth in paragraphs 3.a. and 3.b. are hereinafter referred to as “Entry Forms”.)

c. Selection of Winners: On November 10, 2009, eight (8) total winners from the combined pool of all Entry Forms will be chosen at random from all properly completed and timely received Entry Forms. When a winner’s name is chosen, Sponsor, or its designee, will contact each winner via email and/or telephone. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within two (2) days after the first attempt to contact him/her, or if he/she does not otherwise meet the eligibility requirements of these Official Rules, the original winner will forfeit the Prize and an alternate winner may be selected in his/her place from the remaining qualified Entry Forms. Sponsor may require the completion and execution of an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability and Publicity in connection with the award of a Prize. Prizes will be delivered to winners via overnight delivery or, at winner’s option, may be picked up at a Sponsor-specified location.

4. General Terms and Conditions: Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible or misdirected Entry Forms, which will be deemed disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for problems accessing the www.sportsbubbler.com website, technical or atmospheric conditions that disrupt the completion of the website entry, or any other problems which may or may not result from participation in this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Official Rules of the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an online entrant, online entries will be deemed to have been made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person who is assigned to the email address by the Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (such as a business or educational institution) which is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the e-mail address. Sponsor may, at any time and in its sole discretion, require proof that you are the authorized account holder of your e-mail account. Transportation to and/or parking at Prize event are not included. Seat location at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winners must be able to attend game on Sponsor-specified date or Prize is forfeited in its entirety. If game is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason, winner will not be reimbursed for tickets, but tickets may be subject to standard rain check policies and procedures established by issuer. Prizes consist of only the items specifically listed as the prize.

5. Taxes: All Sweepstakes winners are solely responsible for their respective federal, state or local taxes, or other additional costs incurred with respect to winning a Prize.

6. Distribution of Prizes; Odds of Winning: Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received. There are eight (8) prizes valued at $150.00 each available for this Sweepstakes. Total estimated prize pool, $1,200.00.

7. Release: By entering the Sweepstakes, each participant: (a) agrees to abide by these Official Rules and further agrees that the decisions of Sponsor shall be final in all respects; (b) grants permission to Sponsor and/or Roundy’s to use the participant’s name, likeness and statements attributable to him/her for promotional purposes without further compensation; (c) grants permission to Sponsor, unless prohibited by applicable law, to be placed on Sponsor’s mailing list and give your express permission to be contacted by Sponsor regarding the Sweepstakes by telephone, e-mail and/or postal mail; and (d) AGREES TO RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE SPONSOR, ROUNDY’S AND THEIR RESPECTIVE AFFILIATES AND SUBSIDIARIES, FROM ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY AND ALL LOSS OR DAMAGE RELATING TO OR ARISING FROM ANY ACCIDENT, ILLNESS, INJURY OR DAMAGE TO PERSON OR PROPERTY AS A RESULT OF AN INDIVIDUAL’S PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, ACCEPTANCE OF A PRIZE OR USE OF A PRIZE.

8. List of Winners: The names of the winners and their respective cities and states of residence will be available from December 15, 209 through December 15, 2010 at Johnsonville’s website at www.johnsonville.com. You may also obtain a list of the Prize winners by mail by submitting a request for a list of winners, along with a stamped, self-addressed number ten (#10) envelope by May 30, 2010 to: Tailgateville Photo Contest Sweepstakes Winners, c/o Johnsonville Sausage, LLC, Attn: Creative Services, P.O. Box 786, Sheboygan, WI 53085.
