How does it work?

• To be eligible to win the Ultimate Trip Sweepstakes, simply fill out the entry form. One entry per person. Must be 18 years of age to enter. Click here for complete contest details.

When can I enter?

• Entries will be collected from November 25  through December 1, 2013.

Are there prizes? Yes.

• One (1) Bonus Prize: A trip for two (winner and guest) to a 2014 Green Bay Packers Away Game on a game day to be selected solely by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. Bonus Prize shall include roundtrip transportation for two, overnight accommodations for two (one night, standard, double occupancy), and two game day tickets. Bonus Prize trip must be completed by the end of the 2014 Green Bay Packers Regular Season. Bonus Prize ARV: $1,980.
